Coronavirus (COVID-19) Health and Safety Notice from LunsPro Home Inspections
Dear Customers and Realtor Partners,
We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, realtor partners and team members very seriously. Like you, we are closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will continue to practice the following:
Wearing protective gear
Our inspectors all wear sanitary gloves and other protective gear while performing home inspections.
Washing our hands frequently
Our field service team regularly and thoroughly cleans their hands with an alcohol-based hand rub and/or with soap and water.
Maintaining social-distancing during inspections
Our team members remain at least 6 feet between themselves and anyone they come into contact with.
Office team working remotely
All non-field personnel are working remotely until further notice and all meetings are virtual via phone and videoconferencing.
Staying home when not feeling well
Following the directions of local and national health authorities, any member of our team that has any sign of illness, will not be allowed to work in the field or office until cleared by a medical professional.
Post-inspection video conference calls
We can utilize video conferencing through FaceTime and other platforms if clients and/or realtors are not present at the inspection.
Our 'safety-first' service commitment
LunsPro Home Inspections will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies so we can continue to support the safety of our Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA area customers, agents and team members.
These are uncertain times, but we also know they are temporary. While we work together to slow the spread of the outbreak, we are constantly reminded of a LunsPro core belief that— doing things the right way not only benefits our customers, but also our team, our families, and the world in which we live.
Sincerely,
LunsPro Team
